Maintenance and repairs are carried out by multi-skilled engineers. Where service agreements can be put in place, programmed maintenance is carried out on site to suit the customer's production schedules. Our service centre is well aware of the urgency of dealing with breakdowns of plant and will quickly re-organise work plans to meet emergency situations.

Where the equipment cannot be repaired in situ, OPS has the service facilities to effect repairs in well-equipped workshops. The equipment can be quickly restored to working efficiency by workshop personnel skilled in overhaul and refurbishment techniques and schedules, and returned to site. Under these circumstances and if needed by the customer, OPS will install a hire machine so that production downtime is minimised.

OPS fit genuine service parts and the maintenance work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and schedules taking into account current EEC legislation/ standards and safety procedures.

We offer and recommend the extended warranty plans put into place by the compressor manufacturers. This together with a call out service operated by OPS provides the customer with the most effective of compressed air supply and quality at all times. and at a clearly defined level of expenditure
